Councillor Hurleston has been made aware of the following regarding the construction of a piling platform:
- GRAHAM are undertaking works to construct a piling platform on the south side of Chester Road adjacent to their site compound. When completed, the piling platform will provide a solid foundation for the piling rig and associated equipment to enable the future installation of piles for the abutments and wingwalls, for the new Chester Road structure. The construction activity involves the delivery, laying and compacting of stone using an impact roller. This is an operation that causes both noise and vibration, which means some disturbance is unavoidable. To minimise the effect of noise and vibration on our neighbours we have condensed the programme for these essential works. The operations will take place from Monday 19th July until Friday 20th August. Please note the works are subject to weather conditions.
