The amazing success of the vaccine rollout across the UK is a testament to the hard work of our NHS and community volunteers as well as the foresight and leadership of our PM Boris Johnson and Health Minister Matt Hancock. Securing a world beating vaccination programme means that we can now look forward to shops businesses and leisure reopening and a return to spending time with our friends and loved ones.
So it has never been more important that, as we approach the Local Elections in May, we make sure we have strong Conservative leadership in our communities too!
We can do this by backing our great local Conservative candidates who understand the value of the parks and green spaces which have been so important to us during lockdown, whether in Gatley or Mirrlees Fields, and who will support the £25m Towns Fund initiative I secured for Cheadle.
And by supporting Conservative Councillors who are kickstarting local high streets recovery with free weekend parking we can make sure that, when shops open in Bramhall, Heald Green or Cheadle Hulme, shoppers right across Cheadle will be able to once again ‘shop local’ and rebuild our economy!
