Following a question from Councillors Mike Hurleston and Brian Bagnall, your local Conservative team are delighted to report that following lobbying of the Stockport Council Administration at the recent Full Council meeting on 17th November 2022, Stockport Council have confirmed that they will open all Council car parks across the Borough for free Saturday parking on the 4 Saturdays before Christmas including Christmas Eve this year.
Your Conservative team are delighted that the people of Cheadle Constituency will be given the opportunity to park for free allowing and encouraging residents to shop local and support local businesses in the area this Christmas.
